The roads leading to and from our villas are uneven, steep, and unpaved in some areas, making it challenging to navigate without a vehicle. Having a car will provide you with the flexibility and convenience to explore the surrounding areas, visit local attractions, and leave the property. We recommend renting a car that is suitable for the road conditions, such as avoiding low cars or cars with low clearance, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience during your stay.

However, if guests arrive very late at night or early in the morning, we will provide them with special instructions for self-check-in, including where to pick up keys or access codes, and any other relevant details to ensure a smooth arrival experience. We will also make sure to pass by the following day to personally welcome them and address any questions or concerns they may have.

We will do our best to locate and return any lost items. We keep forgotten items for a period of 30 days, if within that period, the item has not been claimed, they will be donated.
